For a long time, he was best known as an innovative medal artist. He has shown works on 400 occasions, in sixteen countries, and his outstanding accomplishment was frequently acknowledged with awards.
Over the past ten years his experiments have also encompassed small sculptors and larger statues, those of his works that are informed by a steam-punk influence bring in mind the kinetic art of Swiss-French sculptor Jean Tinguely. In their turn, the pseudo-machines he constructs from clockworks look at the relationship of time and man
